I work with you to establish what your training structure will look like. We discuss what you want from your running and ways to get there.

We communicate regularly to make sure we are both on the same page.

Your program will be shared with you on the Final Surge app (or website).

Holistic Training

I know that each person has considerations that are unique to them. I take into account all of the things that you have going on in your life, and work with you, so that your training enriches your life.

Knowledge and Experience

In my time as a coach I have worked with thousands of runners.

I have run in a range of areas across Australasia and covered many of the well known race courses, or adventure runs so I know what you are in for, and where you can head to locally to replicate that.

I am a professional. I value professional development and seek out books, podcasts, courses, articles and anything else I can find to constantly upskill myself as a coach so that I can serve the athletes I work with in the best way possible.

What does it cost to work with you?

  • We have an initial discussion, which enables me to learn about your running history, your work and life commitments, what your running goals are, and events or adventures you have committed to.
  • Coaching with Ali is $65 per week +GST and coaching with Jess, or Toni, is $55 per week +GST 
  • There is also a $55 +GST initial consultation to help formulate and shape your program.

How much communication and feedback is there?

  • We touch base on a daily or weekly basis and your program created or adapted according to this and your goals (and the training that you have been doing).

How do I access my program?

  • Your training program is delivered via Final Surge.

Is it for me?

I have worked with a range of athletes, from the front of the pack to the back. Regardless of where you are, your running and goals are important to, and valued by, me.


Structured Training

How does it work?

We have an initial discussion, which enables me to learn about your running history, your work and life commitments, what your running goals are, and events or adventures you have committed to.

  • Structured training is $25 per week +GST 
  • There is also a $55 +GST initial consultation to help formulate and shape your program.

How often do we keep in contact?

We are in contact when there needs to be adjustments, and your program will be created or adapted according to this and your goals (and the training that you have been doing). I do ask that you remember that this is not 1:1 coaching and you recognise the difference in levels of contact.
